Receive, review, filter, and transcribe hospital handovers into Plato. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for seamless record-keeping. Identify and escalate discrepancies or urgent issues as needed. Liaise with hospitals and nurses to ensure all necessary patient information is available. Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including the hospital team, nurses, and logistics personnel. Translate patient care requirements into logistical needs, ensuring the logistics team is well-prepared. Assist in the continuous improvement of data management and task assignment processes. Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
