About the Role
Lead and coordinate programmes that influence nursing practice, workforce planning, and the quality and safety of patient care across the Waikato district.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate CCDM and RTC programmes.
- Support safe staffing practices to ensure right care at the right time.
- Enable better workforce planning and capacity management across services.
- Use data and tools to inform decision‑making and enhance care delivery.
- Promote a culture of equity, efficiency, and high‑quality patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership, coordination and expert advice, building strong relationships across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field.
- Strong people, presentation and time‑management skills, able to prioritise across competing demands.
