Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the applicable Director and in collaboration with the Program Teams, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Educational program development for:
  • Nursing staff including R.N.s, L.P.N.s, R.P.N.s. within Medicine/Oncology Program.
  • Support staff including U.A.s, N.A.s, U.C.s and/or applicable technicians within Medicine/Oncology program.
• Teaching and learning activities.
• Nursing practice standards.
• Patient education development.
• Professional and Self Development.
