The clinical educator is a registered nurse with expertise in education who influences professional role, competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The clinical educator serves as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant and researcher. The Clinical Educator supports the development of bedside nurses and fosters empowerment through knowledge and skills to achieve excellence through the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice.

Who we are: The Clinical Education and Practice team is composed of clinical educators, clinical nurse specialists, and administrative and program support professionals that support the professional development and practice needs of nurses and nursing support personnel.
