Reporting to the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) in provides advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients experiencing substance use disorders (SUD), co‑occurring mental health conditions, and related medical complexities in a residential setting. Working as a core member of an interdisciplinary team, the NP delivers trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented, patient-centered care. The NP practices autonomously within their legislative scope while collaborating closely with medical, nursing, and therapeutic staff to support safe detoxification, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric stabilization, and long‑term recovery planning.
