Job Summary:

At the direction of the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with our Physicians and the IDT, providing assessments, planning and primary care, and continuing medical education to our participants. This job is currently for a 4 day work week with a 10 hour shift.

• Hours Per Week: 40


• Total Projected Hours: 880


• Max Pay Rate: $72.09/Hr.

• Perform in-person comprehensive assessments including initial, semi-annual and unscheduled assessments and continuous medical coverage to participants.
