Nursey Manager, AGRICULTURE - Western Cape Role & Responsibilities Meet plant quality requirements according to Grower programs Produce plants on schedule according to the nursery production plan. Work collaboratively with global nursery partners Ensure best plant health and clean stock practices. Control costs and assist in annual budget planning. Staff Management Recording and maintaining accurate records, inventories, and data Ensure that accurate crop records are maintained Remain current on all regulatory compliance requirements.

Must be willing to work occasionally during weekends, holidays and periods of adverse weather to accommodate emergency needs.

Qualifications & Experience Relevant Qualification: Horticulture, plant science, agronomy, etc. Experience managing a Nursery, or commercial operation MS Office Advanced Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, Xhosa is a benefit Drivers and own transport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
