This is an excellent opportunity for a confident childcare professional to lead a dedicated team, maintain high standards of care and education, and support the continued success of the nursery.

Salary: £45,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.
Support, motivate and develop the nursery team, promoting best practice and high-quality childcare.
Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory requirements, including safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards.
Oversee planning, assessment and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
