**SUMMARY**

Directs a department or program responsible for delivering health care services to clients/individuals. Manages staff RNs, and works in tandem with those nurses to supervise and oversee the work of Licensed Practical Nurses. Implements, promotes, completes and evaluates all medically related services and supports.

+ Provides professional support and medically related guidance to employees, supervisors and office staff regarding medical policies and procedures.
