Under the supervision of the Nursing Program Director, the Nursing Student Academic Success Faculty, engages in the duties and responsibilities of a nursing faculty member and is responsible for fostering a positive, supportive, and effective learning environment that promotes student retention, academic success, program completion, and ultimate success on the NCLEX-RN licensure examination. This on site, in person role focuses on providing individualized academic, clinical, and personal support to help students achieve the competencies required for progression and graduation from the ASN program.
