Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchens and Staff Lounge 2 (sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, sinks, clearing waste).
Assist with food, kitchen equipment, and cleaning material orders.
Track ingredients stock and expiry dates; clean refrigerators (June & October).
Wash and fold kitchen towels and aprons.
Report defects in kitchen equipment to OM.
Perform other duties assigned by Principal, VP, OM, or AM.
Services not required during school holidays unless requested; extra hours paid pro-rata.
Candidate should be able to communicate in simple English and have basic cooking ability.
Contractor must ensure personnel insurance coverage.
