Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Supervise and guide the accounting & finance team to meet performance goals.
• Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to the O2C process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding O2C matters.
