Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with both adults and children with physical and learning disabilities in the Enfield area. This is a community-based role involving assessments and treatment planning to support safe and independent living.
What will your responsibilities be?
Carry out comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.Evaluate and manage risk in community settings.Deliver person-centred interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.Collaborate with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service development.
