Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising therapist
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- Valid COTA certification
- SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
