We’ve just moved into our brand-new office near Bankstown Airport and are excited to grow our dynamic team! We’re a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we’re now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision, or who have a real interest in developing those skills to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. It’s a warm, team-focused culture where you’ll make a meaningful difference to the people we support.
