An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for a 30‑hour per week fixed‑term role as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work at the Ealing Referral Hub triage adult community rehab referrals. The role also involves some out‑patient clinics for community rehab such as post‑COVID rehabilitation. Staff will be supported with clinical supervision, multidisciplinary team work, training and the opportunity to take part in service improvement work.
We are looking for a candidate who has completed core clinical rotations and can adapt to a fast‑paced working environment. Responsibility includes triaging incoming referrals from GPs and other hospitals, ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate therapy service in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should have an understanding of community services and prior experience of working in the UK healthcare system.
