What will your responsibilities be?
Delivering safe and timely front-line OT services across the directorateSupporting triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting listsAdvising and supporting external care providers on safe moving and handling practicesReviewing care packages to ensure best value and optimal use of equipmentAssessing and reducing double-handed care packages where appropriateProviding mutual aid to other OT areas as neededCompleting OT assessments and reviews in line with best practice Benefits:
