Role and Responsibilities


The Occupational Therapist is a NYS licensed OTR/L who is responsible for directing, supervising, evaluating and providing occupational therapy services to patients in the home as prescribed by the attending physician.





Essential Functions


+ Instruct patients and families in the activities of daily living.

+ Establish household management routines.

+ Instruct patients and their families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic and assistive devices.

+ Educate patients and caregivers in the use of appropriate adaptive equipment.
