Job Description

Responsibilities
  • You will be required to scan, note down and verify any public behavior infringements from CCTV monitors.
  • Consolidate all public behavior infringements and submit report to customers.
  • Attend to enquiries regarding verification of public behavior infringements and other related services.
  • Report faulty cameras or breakdowns. Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments.
  • Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Able to converse well with customers on enquiries
  • Good team player and able to work independently
