Overview Oenologist – El-Ain, UAE (No English Required; No Experience or Accommodation Required)
We are seeking an Oenologist to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have no prior experience and no English language requirement. We are particularly interested in considering applications from women and people of Indian and Pakistani nationalities.
Responsibilities - Create new wines, develop new flavors and aromas, and supervise the winemaking process.
- Apply principles of oenology and utilize current technology and techniques used in winemaking.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment; monitor fermentation temperatures; adjust acidity levels; ensure processes adhere to quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of all processes and analyze data for research purposes.
