We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. As an English-speaking oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection and fermentation to bottling and quality control.
Responsibilities - Conducting sensory evaluations of wines and analyzing results
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of grapes during harvest
- Managing fermentation processes and adjusting as needed
- Collaborating with winemakers to create blends that meet desired profiles
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Maintaining accurate records of production processes and results
- Developing new wine products and improving existing ones
- Providing guidance on proper storage, aging, and serving of wines
