Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and well-connected Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for established brokers with their own client and investor networks, focused on selling developer projects and high-value off-plan properties.

This is a commission-only position offering up to 80% commission , full flexibility, and dedicated administrative support—allowing you to focus purely on closing deals.
