Responsibilities

  • Assist with taking telephonic orders from customers
  • Assist with general administrative duties and responding to phone calls

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12; tertiary education an advantage
  • Hands‑on experience operating spreadsheets (MS Excel)
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Professional and presentable appearance; good attendance record
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
