14409 Office Administrative Assistant, Detroit Lakes, MN, 6 Months contract.
Sigma Inc. is currently looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to work onsite with our team located in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Shift Details: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Description :

  • Inventory Transactions: Ship-confirm and Receive feed shipments into/from inventory,
  • Account Payables: Code and process the invoices for expenses, Review statements for accuracy, Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies,
  • Front Desk/Receptionist: Transfer calls, Sign for deliveries and assist with UPS shipments, Greet visitors and page people to the office as needed, Miscellaneous projects or tasks as needed.
  • Payroll: Assist with calculating timecards, Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail, Previous experience in payables, customer service, data entry, or distribution would be helpful.
