Job Description
Support general office management and technical project assistance.
1. General Office Management - Facility Management: Overseeing office equipment maintenance and ensuring all utilities (internet, electricity, etc.) are operational.
- Inventory Control: Managing the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry consumables to prevent stockouts.
- Front Desk Operations: Handling phone inquiries, managing mail/courier services, and professionally receiving clients and visitors.
2. Documentation & Information Flow - Records Management: Organizing, filing, and digitizing contracts, invoices, and sensitive project documents.
- Report Generation: Preparing meeting minutes, drafting internal memos, and compiling daily or weekly administrative reports.
- Data Entry: Maintaining updated databases for vendors, clients, and internal personnel.
