Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the East London team,
Responsibilities
- Receivingvisitors, including coordination of visits and agendas
- Managing office stationery, stock anddistribution
- Providing back-up to internal sales, cashsales and the Business Unit Coordinator
- Performing administrative duties including managingpost, courier services, petty cash, purchase orders and housekeeping
- Maintaining customer records, updating pricetables, processing credits, filing PODs, and ensuring compliance with ISOpolicies
- Supporting production team withadministrative support
- Assisting with ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Reception and/or secretarial diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- SAP experience preferred
