JG Afrika is looking for an Office Administrator. The role is to perform various administrative, tender administration and office support tasks and to ensure the efficient operations within the branch.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative and management support functions: Daily support to senior management and associated staff in their operational duties. General office administration duties including document preparation, proofreading, compiling meeting information packs, taking minutes, data capturing and verification. Assistance with capturing time and expense records, processing outputs and reports. Collating and reconciling monthly petty cash claims and forex usage.
