Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities
+ Handle sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations, organizational changes, and compliance with labor laws.
+ Diligently work towards the completion of special projects, requests, and assignments.
+ Assist in onboarding and orientation by preparing offer letters, initiating the onboarding process, and managing the progress of candidates and manager tasks.
+ Greet and assist visitors/customers and enable key cards as requested by employees and vendors.
+ Manage multiple projects, prioritize, and track deadlines independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
+ Oversee maintenance of office facilities by coordinating repairs and managing relationships with service providers.
