Coordinate & maintain the company office functions as outlined.
Responsibilities - Receive orders from customers, confirm pricing and delivery, and process for production.
- Support the Plant Manager in preparing shipping documentation and scheduling when orders are completed.
- Bill the customer once orders are shipped.
- Maintain the return log and process credits as needed.
- Maintain customer files.
- Contact customers concerning late payments and provide summary reports on sales & production.
- Purchase and accounts payable: support the Plant Manager in ordering supplies, process invoices for payment, ensure proper posting to accounts, and maintain vendor files (system and hard files) in accordance with GAAP.
