Job Description

  • Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff and meetings.

  • Take and prepare grocery orders; replenish stock as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the office, including vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, glass, and kitchen, and handling dishwasher tasks.

  • Empty bins, manage ad hoc cleaning tasks, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

  • Assist with small administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and basic correspondence.

  • Stay engaged and productive throughout the shift, ensuring all areas are properly maintained.
