Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
  • Manage office supplies and order replacements when needed
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, such as filing documents, answering phones, and managing databases
  • Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Greet and assist visitors in the office
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of modern office practices
  • Strong communication skills in English and preferably a third language to work with a diverse workforce
