Team and Geography Leadership
- Manage the Office Services team, including workload management, performance, and career development.
- Manage staff rostering, timesheets, and approvals.
- Develop operational strategies for the Office Services team.
- Foster collaborative relationships between the Office Services team and other office staff, including Business Administrators and Office Services staff across the region.
- Collaborate with the Country Leader and Geography Leadership Team to develop workplace programs.
