Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of administrative duties, from initial file creation to Executive level support.
Workflow & File Management: Creating and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure a smooth, logical workflow across the Department.
Data & Correspondence: Managing the correspondence register with precision, handling data entry, and overseeing the distribution of formal letters.
Mailbox Management: Managing central mailboxes, ensuring all inquiries are triaged and actioned promptly.
Executive Support: Providing high level administrative assistance to ensure leadership priorities are met.
Word Processing: Producing high quality documents, reports and templates.
