Job Description

Location:

Cape Town CBD, Western Cape

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certification in Business Administration will be advantageous
  • 5+ years experience in an Office Co-ordination, Office Administration, Facilities Co-ordination, or Operations Support role
  • Previous experience in a corporate, professional services, telecommunications, or technology environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing company equipment, office assets, inventory control, and reporting
  • Experience working with digital tools, reporting systems, and operational tracking platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
  • Google Workspace experience advantageous
