What will the apprentice be doing?

Primary Objective

• To handle office enquiries from start to finish; including qualifying the client requirement and creating rapport, sourcing office options, arranging viewings, negotiating and completing deals.
• To self-source new clients, be active on LinkedIn and drive Workthere’s business development.
• To develop excellent knowledge of the flexible office market, including future trends, in order to add value whilst providing professional and reasoned advice to clients.
• To maintain records on the CRM on a daily basis, chasing and archiving clients where necessary.
• To develop a strong internal network at Savills by forging relationships with, and often working alongside, Savills’ office agency teams on their client enquiries or referrals.
