SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Office Staff)



We are looking for Sales Representative that will manage customer queries.



Sales Representative Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.

- Respond promptly to inquiries through all communication channels.

- Process orders and requests efficiently.

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Coordinate with team members as needed.



Sales Representative Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Graduate

- Fresh Grad is welcome to apply

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

- Comfortable using computers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have knowledge in processing Sales through SHOPIFY, SHOPEE and LAZADA (is advantage but not required)
