Job Purpose

• To provide technical and operational support for the effective and efficient performance of the policy, planning, research monitoring and evaluation functions of the commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collects data for the formulation of policies

• Facilitates the preparation of the strategic plan of the commission

• Monitors the programme and activities of the commission

• Implements the programmes and activities of the Directorate

• Provides inputs for development of guidelines and strategies for the conduct of research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the commission

• Collates data for the preparation and production of fact sheets, policy briefs, research findings, reports and peer-reviewed articles
