Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
  • Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
  • Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
  • Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
