In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently excellent inbound or outbound service over the telephone or non-phone means to internal / external customers on Trade/ Cash/ Corporate banking products
