We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Crane Operator to join our team and learn to become an Offshore Gangway Operator. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient personnel and cargo transfers between a vessel and an offshore structure, such as a drilling platform or wind turbine. In this position, you will operate cranes with precision and confidence in challenging vessel conditions, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and coordination. If you possess a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety protocols, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and safety-focused environment. You will work with innovative motion-compensation technology that automatically adjusts to the movement of the vessel, making offshore access safer and easier.
