Charlton Kings is a friendly family‑run nursing home providing 24‑hour safe and dignified care for our residents.

We are looking for a motivated person who genuinely cares about looking after vulnerable adults with significant health needs, who is caring, promotes dignity and demonstrates compassion at the forefront of everything they do.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursing home environment working to a high standard (ideal, but not essential).
• Passion for the care you provide.
• Ability to treat people with care, compassion, dignity and respect as you would your own family.

Support and Development

You will be provided with support and coaching to grow in your role through opportunities and challenges.
