Responsibilities

• Provide consultant input to the Ealing East Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Service within the Older People's Mental Health Service (OPMHS) as part of Ealing Community Partnership (ECP), working closely with the Ealing Specialist Older Adult Service (SOAMHS) to ensure seamless and holistic care of patients presenting with dementia co-located in the same clinic.
• Provide clinical and professional leadership within the post and take part in management activities and governance processes related to the post or the wider service within which it is embedded.
• As a senior clinician, play an integral role in the performance of the team, in the further development of the service, and in the development of the clinical pathways and priorities of the service line.
