Your mission Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us. As an Operations & Maintenance O&M Field Engineer – PV & ESS you will hold a strategic and operational role, with full accountability for the execution, performance, and profitability of Sungrow’s O&M business across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, covering both PV and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) assets. You will be involved directly in site operations while also supporting analysis, reporting, and coordination activities related to warranty and SLA/LTSA contracts. The position is based in Madrid, with approximately 40% travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support on-site preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on PV and ESS assets.
• Act as a technical reference for troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), including SCADA data interpretation and equipment log analysis.
