About the role.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Cold Store Supervisor to lead our Ballarat Cold Store operations. In this key leadership position, you will oversee daily operations, champion our safety culture, manage inventory accuracy, and nurture team development and performance. You will play a strategic part in optimizing our cold store efficiency and ensuring quality and compliance. Reporting to the Cold Stores & Inventory Manager – Australia, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the site to drive continuous improvement.
