**Position Overview**

At Adecco, the On-Site Floor Support Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the client site by building strong relationships, supporting onsite associates, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external partners. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to meeting client performance and workforce success metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Conduct orientations and facility tours for new hire classes
+ Monitor daily attendance and generate attendance reports as needed
+ Assist with onsite timekeeping processes and system support
+ Attend client meetings and provide operational updates and feedback
+ Engage daily with onsite associates and supervisors to ensure performance and productivity goals are met
