Job Description & Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Enforcing all safety regulations and procedures on site.
- Conducting safety inspections to identify hazards and address potential risks.
- Ensuring workers wear proper safety gear and follow safety protocols.
- Managing and assigning tasks to construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Providing on-site training and guidance to workers as needed.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Good knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to communicate in billligual, as need to communicate with different race workers.
- Able to do OT and ready to shift between different sites.
- Must prepare to do work on PH and Sunday.
