Our client is looking for an On-Site Support Technician to join their team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will have 2-3+ years of professional technical support experience. This position will be front line technical support including but not limited to technical troubleshooting, computer setup, computer verification, communication issues, Web-ex conference help, teleconferencing help and other technical issues an employee may have. This individual should have some previous experience working in a help desk environment including some experience with data management, and communication as well as managing and deploying images in SCCM. Savage is looking for people who have been in environments supporting 2,000+ users. And skills in command prompt, ip config, ticket ques, troubleshooting, intune, citrix/vm, AD, microsoft, windows.
