This is a people-focused role where communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are critical to success.
About the Role
This role is heavily focused on candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and compliance management. You’ll be speaking with candidates daily, guiding them through onboarding requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything is completed ahead of their start date.
