Link-Worldwide is seeking a high-volume onboarding specialist to join our Handyman Onboarding team. In this role, you will call Home Improvement Providers (handymen), explain the value of Porch, and guide them through the registration and account activation process.
Your main responsibilities include making cold calls to interested leads, maintaining accurate records, and helping providers succeed on our platform.
