Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onboarding Specialist with a background in recruitment to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling high-volume hiring within the hospitality sector and be confident managing visa processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from offer stage through to employee start date
- Prepare and process offer letters and employment contracts accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, medical requirements, and Emirates ID applications
- Liaise closely with the PRO department and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance
